So far he has been portrayed as the villain of the piece. But now the actor is getting ready to rescue his reputation from the clutches of chronic calumny.
While Nawaz has been advised by his legal team to not speak publicly on the ongoing domestic scuffle with his wife, a well-placed source informs that Nawaz has so far been contemplating his legal moves very carefully and will be following a streamlined strategy to regain his rights and reputations.
Nawaz’s career is suffering severely. There is plenty of pending work on multiple projects which was to be completed by this year. Now they have been hurled forward to next year.
One of Nawaz’s on-release films was the intriguing Sudhir Mishra-directed Afwaah which was to release on February 24 but has now been put on hold as Nawaz could not promote the film, given the circumstances.
Says a source very close to the crisis. “For Nawaz his work is everything. The current situation has put the focus entirely elsewhere. He will resolve the situation, no matter what it takes and get back to finishing all the projects that have suffered.”
